Job summary

Questronix Corporation 2 in Metro Manila, Makati, is seeking an IT Helpdesk Associate to join our on-site team. You will provide Level 1 support for system access and connectivity, monitor servers and applications, and assist with infrastructure tasks.

The role offers exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Linux/Windows servers, and networking concepts. Fresh graduates are welcome; training is provided, with a focus on automation and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of Linux or Windows server environments.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (IP, DNS, firewalls).
• Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Bash, Python, or PowerShell) is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to perform both helpdesk support and infrastructure tasks.
