Job summary

Outsourcey seeks an IT Support Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. You will handle day-to-day hardware and software support, user access, and internal systems, helping us scale our global talent operations.

You will manage IT assets, set up new devices, monitor requests, and maintain accurate incident and asset documentation, with strong growth opportunities in a fast-growing BPO environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, user access, connectivity, and internal systems.
• Manage IT assets including laptops, desktops, peripherals, inventory records, tagging, issuance, returns, and equipment tracking.
• Set up and configure devices for new employees, including software installation, account access, and basic system configuration.
• Monitor and respond to support requests, escalating more complex issues when required.
• Assist with routine maintenance, device checks, updates, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation for IT incidents, assets, equipment movements, and resolutions.
