Job summary

Responsibilities

• Form, lead and coordinate project teams (cross-functional: Business, Technical, Operations, Legal, Procurement, etc.).
• Manage all activities in the project lifecycle across one or more lines of business.
• Consult with business partners and stakeholders to define project requirements and business case.
• Prepare project charter, business case and obtain funding approval.
• Identify and monitor work plans and tasks to achieve project goals.
• Implement control and reporting structures for risk and change management.
• Conduct post-mortem and project closure reviews and CSAT surveys.
• Create and deliver presentations to top management on goals and progress.
• Oversee sourcing, negotiating and managing outside vendors.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards and guidelines.
• Define and monitor project constraints, issues and risks.
• Conduct status reviews with project teams, account managers and customers.
• Develop and implement project communication plans and performance metrics.

Job Summary:

Primarily responsible for managing the delivery of BDO Projects:

• End-to-end project management and ownership of the Project Management Lifecycle and its process from the beginning to end
• Management of project timelines, on-time delivery of project activities, project work plan, management of projects technical issues and risks, submission of regular (weekly/periodic) reports and updates, and project documentation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Form, lead and coordinate project teams (cross-functional: Business, Technical, Operations, Legal, Procurement, etc.)
• Manage all activities in the project lifecycle (initiation; planning; execution; monitoring and controlling; and closing) across one or more lines of business
• Consult with business partners and all stakeholders to clarify and define project requirements and business case, including development of a statement of work
• Prepare project charter, business case and obtain approval for funding
• Identify and monitor work plan and all tasks needed to achieve project goal
• Implement control and reporting structures for project monitoring regarding risk and change management based on defined governance methods and standard processes
• Conducts post-mortem and project closure reviews, CSAT surveys and project team’s performance appraisals
• Create and deliver presentation to top management on project goals and plans, including progress reports
• Oversee sourcing, negotiating and managing outside vendors
• Ensure compliance of infrastructure and applications with IT standards, policies and guidelines, as well as other financial governing bodies.
• Define and monitor all project key constraints
• Manage project issues and risks
• Conduct status reviews with project teams, account managers and customers on a regular basis
• Develop and implement project communication plans
• Develop and implement project level processes, procedures and performance metrics
• Maintain a harmonious working relationship with all project team members, partners and stakeholders
