Manulife is seeking a Risk Governance & Oversight Specialist to support GWAM Information Risk Management in governance, risk indicators, vulnerability management, and change initiatives. You will transform data into actionable insights, develop dashboards, and coordinate remediation with stakeholders across a global team.

The role emphasizes analytical reporting, data quality improvement, and the use of AI tools to streamline governance processes.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to collect, reconcile, analyze, and report complex data with accuracy.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and data analysis.
• Interest in automation and willingness to learn AI tools to improve processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain risk in business terms.
• Effective consulting, decision-making, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup at UP Ayala Technohub, QC, Philippines.

Aufgaben

• Support governance and oversight across information risk, KRIs, vulnerability management, process governance and change management.
• Translate requirements into actions and monitor compliance with controls.
• Monitor remediation progress and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and root causes.
• Develop metrics, reports, Power BI dashboards, data-flow diagrams, and presentations for management.
• Communicate risks, issues, dependencies and remediation status to stakeholders.
• Partner with teams to assess risk, evidence requirements, and remediation timing.
• Provide guidance on security controls, compliance expectations, vulnerability management and governance.
• Maintain and enhance policies, procedures, reporting solutions and governance docs for audit readiness.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve governance and reporting, including responsible AI use.
