Qualifications

8–10+ years in risk analytics, automation, or related tech roles.
Proven track record delivering risk reporting and automation for oversight and regulatory needs.
Advanced proficiency with Power Platform and enterprise-grade dashboards.
Experience integrating data from cloud platforms and building automated analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual risk reporting for executives and risk committees.
Drive modernization and automation of reporting dashboards and workflows.
Partner with risk, business, and tech stakeholders for actionable insights and decision support.
Govern risk data collection, validation, and reporting for internal and regulatory needs.
Oversee Archer Risk Management data initiatives and dashboards.
Identify risks, issues, and remediation with first-line and oversight teams.
Maintain risk governance documentation and reporting standards.
Advise leaders on risk management practices and culture.
Collaborate with Internal Audit, Compliance, Legal, and IT security.
