Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• 8+ years in project management, with experience in capacity planning and resource management
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and digital construction processes
• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera)
• Understanding of BIM platforms (Revit, Navisworks)
• PMP or equivalent certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and monitoring of the execution of BIM-enabled projects
• Manage resources, schedules, and budgets
• Ensure efficient delivery through robust project management practices
• Support digital engineering workflows
• Develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans
• Monitor project KPIs: schedule adherence, resource utilization, cost performance
• Coordinate with BIM teams to align digital deliverables with project timelines
• Manage risk and implement mitigation strategies for resource bottlenecks
