Job summary

Cosmetique Asia Corporation is seeking a digital marketing enthusiast to support the Digital and Brand Marketing teams. You will manage online communities, execute monthly and quarterly programs, and coordinate influencer campaigns.

You will also ideate and oversee PR kits, monitor content performance, and prepare analytics reports while handling admin tasks and budgeting to optimize brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Advertising, or related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may apply.

Responsibilities

• Community Management: Build and maintain an engaged, growing community for assigned brands and plan monthly/quarterly programs and promotions.
• Content Marketing for Community Group: Produce agreed number of content pieces and ensure performance meets benchmarks.
• Influencer Management: Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns and support negotiations.
• PR Kit Ideation: Conceptualize seasonal PR kit campaigns and oversee production, packing, distribution and budgeting.
• Admin tasks: Prepare analytics reports for community and influencer activities and coordinate PR kit send-outs.
