Qualifications

• 2+ years of working experience in Brand Marketing, KOL Specialist, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
• Experience crafting content briefs.
• Experience handling beauty brand promotion or knowledge of beauty/skincare products is preferred.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends across social media and marketing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Influencer Identification: Identify and research potential influencers and content creators aligned with our brand values, target audience, and marketing objectives.
• Campaign Strategy: Develop influencer marketing strategies that align with marketing goals, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Content Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content, including sponsored posts, reviews, tutorials, and product placements.
• Campaign Management: Coordinate all aspects of influencer marketing campaigns, including content briefs, contract negotiations, timelines, and deliverables.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze performance of influencer campaigns, tracking reach, engagement, CTRs, and conversions.
• Budget Management: Manage influencer marketing budgets, optimizing spend to maximize ROI and achieve objectives.

• Proven min. 2 years of working experience in Brand Marketing, KOL Specialist, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Brand Communication or related major.
• Experienced in crafting content briefs.
• Experience handling beauty brand promotion or having a broad knowledge of beauty or skincare products is preferred.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends across social media and marketing best practices.
• Able to follow Working From Office arrangement in BGC, Taguig City
