Job summary

Vice Cosmetics Group Inc. is seeking a Marketing Communications Officer to support the brand’s influencer strategy and drive engaging campaigns in Manila/Taguig area.

You will coordinate influencer activations, manage social platforms, and collaborate with teams to deliver on-brand messaging across collections and events.

A strong candidate has 2+ years in marketing communications, a degree, and a knack for analytics and trend spotting, with willingness to be based in BGC, Taguig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing communications or influencer marketing.
• Familiar with campaign tracking, reporting and influencer engagement.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of TikTok trends and content creation is a plus.
• Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Execute influencer marketing campaigns, including outreach, content coordination, tracking, and reporting.
• Support marketing communications for products, collections, and brand messaging.
• Engage and manage the brand’s Facebook community.
• Track and analyze influencer posts and campaign performance.
• Assist in launches for new collections, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Provide ad hoc support for TikTok content ideas and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and consistent communication.
