ULTRAWELL OPC is seeking a driven influencer coordination specialist to support brand collaborations across social media platforms. You will identify potential influencers, assist in negotiation, and manage campaign deadlines.

You will coordinate briefs, contracts, and payments, brainstorm creative ideas for posts, and handle ad hoc tasks in a fast-paced, agile environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, Business Administration or relevant field.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog.
• Detail oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills, written, and oral communication.
• Familiar with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
• Fresh graduate welcome.
• Working experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, advertising agency or related field is an advantage.
• Knowledge in media production, live streaming production and content creation is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.

Responsabilités

• Search for different influencers that the brand can work with.
• Connect and negotiate rates with influencers.
• Monitor deadlines for partnered influencers.
• Coordinate contracts, briefs, and payments for partnered influencers.
• Help in creating ideas for the execution of influencer postings.
• Prepare ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
