Job summary

ALPHA INFINITY HOLDING CORPORATION is seeking a KOL Specialist to lead influencer marketing programs, identify and recruit KOLs, and manage campaigns from planning to execution.

You will negotiate terms, coordinate briefs and schedules, track performance, and ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements, collaborating with Marketing, Social Media, Creative, and E-commerce teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, PR, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and recruit relevant KOLs, influencers, and content creators across various social media platforms.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns from planning to completion.
• Negotiate collaboration terms, contracts, deliverables, and campaign timelines.
• Coordinate product seeding, campaign briefs, content approvals, and publishing schedules.
• Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, conversions, and ROI.
• Prepare campaign reports and provide insights and recommendations for future improvements.
• Stay updated on influencer trends, emerging creators, platform updates, and competitor activities.
• Ensure all influencer content complies with brand guidelines and applicable advertising regulations.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Social Media, Creative, and E-commerce teams to align influencer campaigns with overall business goals.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost-effective partnerships.
