Job summary

GoTyme Bank is seeking an Influencer and Community Engagement Lead to own our influencer and community strategy, spanning nano to mega talents across lifestyle, tech, family, food & beverage, fashion, and beauty. You will identify taste-makers, build relationships, brief campaigns, and measure impact to move the brand forward.

You will develop briefs, integrate influencers into overall content plans, manage budgets, plan annual strategy, and collaborate with external agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in influencer/KOL marketing, social media, or talent management, preferably in fintech, tech, or consumer B2C.
• Experience managing a mix of influencer tiers (nano to mega), with exposure to celebrity talent management a plus.
• Proven experience with product seeding, content briefing, and campaign performance analysis.
• Experience managing budgets and building annual strategic plans.
• Strong project management skills and experience working with external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain influencer landscape across lifestyle, tech, family, food & beverage, fashion, beauty, and others.
• Develop briefs for different content formats and campaigns.
• Select influencers based on reach, alignment, and content quality; analyze engagement data.
• Manage relationships with influencers and talent, including budget and contracts.
• Plan and execute influencer campaigns end-to-end with agencies and analytics dashboards.
• Oversee product seeding concepts and timing for campaigns.
• Own the annual influencer strategy and budget allocation.
