Job summary

GoTyme Bank is seeking a Senior Social Media & Community Manager to own the social media ecosystem and guide strategy across owned channels, KOLs, and online communities.

You will translate brand and business objectives into clear social strategies, optimize performance with data insights, and lead the social media and content team to deliver against KPIs. Collaboration with Brand, Product, Creative, and CS is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Min. 7 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content strategy, community management, or a related field.
• Proven track record developing and implementing social media and content strategies across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and management of GoTyme Bank's owned social media channels, KOLs and communities.
• Translate brand objectives into social strategies and content priorities that drive KPIs.
• Own content calendar and ensure platform-native content aligned with brand and business KPIs.
• Develop growth strategies across owned channels, including audience growth, reach and engagement.
• Lead and develop the social media team with clear objectives and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product, Creative, CS and other units to integrate social across marketing initiatives.
