Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Cebu City is seeking a Sales Engineer to engage with clients, understand their needs, and present technical solutions. You will lead product demonstrations, prepare proposals, and work with partners to close deals.

The role offers a basic salary plus commission, with a monthly base of 20,000 to 30,000 PHP depending on experience, plus travel and fieldwork reimbursements. Health benefits apply on regularization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
• At least two years of experience as a sales engineer.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed discovery to understand customer needs, craft solutions, deliver demos, and answer technical queries
• Collaborate with internal engineering/procurement teams to customize industrial solutions meeting client specs
• Work with contractors, designers/architects and consultants to identify leads, build business cases, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Lead onsite or virtual demos highlighting product value, ROI, and competitive advantages
• Track competitor activity and industry trends to shape product roadmap, sales messaging, go-to-market tactics
• Communicate customer insights to Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams; support trade shows and industry events
