Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a field-oriented technical sales specialist to collaborate with sales teams, understand customer requirements, and deliver product demonstrations. You will present customized solutions and respond to technical questions while supporting the sales cycle with engineering insight.

The role requires daily field work, willingness to travel to assigned provinces, and training at our Quezon City head office.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course.
• With sales experience.
• With background in construction industry is an advantage.
• Willing to do field works on a daily basis.
• Willing to be assigned out of town.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
• Develop and present customized solutions to clients
• Respond to technical questions and provide detailed product information
• Support the sales process with technical expertise
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and technical documentation
• Work with engineering teams to relay customer feedback
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products
• Participate in trade shows and industry events
• Train and support customers on product usage
