You will monitor open quotes, follow up with customers, coordinate with inside sales, engineering, and operations, and document interactions in the CRM/ERP system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience in a call center environment.
• Experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, or related technical industries is preferred.
• Prospecting, lead qualification, and meeting booking experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track all open quotes across product lines.
• Follow up with customers via phone, email, or CRM to confirm receipt of quotes and gather feedback.
• Coordinate with inside sales, engineering, and operations to address questions and lead time updates.
• Document all customer interactions and quote status in CRM or ERP systems.
• Escalate high-priority quotes to sales or operations for quick resolution.
• Support quote-to-order conversion by removing communication roadblocks.
• Maintain regular reporting on quote conversion rates and follow-up effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales to prioritize strategic quotes or key accounts.
• Assist in updating customer contact lists, quote logs, and internal dashboards.
• Ensure follow-up activity reflects professionalism and a positive customer experience.
