Job summary

Full Potential Solutions (FPS) in Manila is seeking a Sales Ops Administrator to manage quotes and support the sales process. You will prepare renewal quotes, process orders in Salesforce, and coordinate payments by sharing secure links with customers.

This role requires strong data accuracy, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate across Sales Ops and Biz Ops. A proactive mindset and comfort with Salesforce CPQ are essential for success.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years in Salesforce or CRM data entry and customer support in a BPO environment.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ for data management.
Experience in operations, sales support or marketing ops with Salesforce is a plus.
Familiarity with other CRM systems beyond Salesforce is advantageous.
Completion of at least 2 years of college or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Quote Management: Develop and validate quotes in Salesforce with complete data.
Customer Communication: Deliver renewal quotes via standardized email templates promptly.
Order Processing: Process customer purchase orders in Salesforce efficiently.
Payment Coordination: Send payment links for credit card processing.
Cross-Functional Liaison: Collaborate with Sales Ops and Biz Ops teams.
