Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer for North Luzon, based in Pangasinan or Benguet. You will develop sales strategies, identify new opportunities, and manage dealer partnerships while collaborating with product, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of industrial solutions.

Ideal candidates have a engineering or business degree and 3+ years in industrial sales, with strong technical aptitude, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of sales experience in industrial or construction markets, preferably with power tools or related products.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and communicate product specifications.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in the construction and industrial segments.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, construction companies, and industrial clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
• Manage and support IC dealer partners: strategy and sales execution, dealer management, and operations/logistics oversight.
• Collaborate with product management, marketing, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to customer needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
