Job summary

CIT ADEL Pacific Ltd. in Makati, Philippines seeks an Account Manager to develop and manage branded LPG for the LPG business, driving target volumes through disciplined account management and channel initiatives.

You will act as the face of Solane, implementing contact strategies for managed industrial accounts and resolving issues to grow the business. The role requires planning, reviewing, and executing customer business plans, along with HSSE compliance and strong collaboration with channel

Qualifications

• Ability to plan and execute channel transformation.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry or similar.
• High personal effectiveness, able to command respect without direct authority.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and support.
• Prior experience in the direct industrial segment is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated Enterprise First mindset and actions (looking beyond department silo and contributing to business unit / ILC bottom line).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage industrial accounts assigned, in compliance with sales and finance policy and standards.
• Implement policies, channel transformation initiatives and commercial strategies.
• Execute business reviews and plans with channel partners.
• Manage and monitor volume performance daily and provide feedback.
• Prepare monthly Contact Plan and report results to Line Manager.
• Coach sales agents and manage distributors to grow the business.
• Ensure recovery of overdue payments and compliance with safety regulations during installations.
• Plan and achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain customer strategy, record interactions, and allocate tasks to meet needs.
• Be proactive on HSSE issues affecting staff and customers.
