Job summary

Our Clients in Calamba, Laguna is seeking a seasoned Real Estate Sales & Leasing Manager to drive industrial lot sales and RBF leasing within a large-scale development. You will develop a strong B2B pipeline and secure locators, coordinating with internal teams to execute deals.

Lead a small leasing/sales team, set targets, coaching, and ensure pricing discipline. Build relationships with industrial locators, brokers, and corporate clients while monitoring market trends and pipeline performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or Management.
5–8 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or related commercial roles.
Experience in industrial, commercial, land development, logistics, or large-scale property is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales and leasing strategies for industrial properties based on inventory, demand, and revenue goals (Calamba/Laguna).
Drive sales of industrial lots and leasing of ready-built factory (RBF) units; identify and pursue locators and corporate clients.
Lead a small leasing/sales team; set targets, monitor KPIs, and coach staff through the deal cycle.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects; conduct presentations, site tours, negotiations, and deal closures.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (technical, legal, marketing, management) to ensure pricing, terms and onboarding.
Monitor market trends, provide insights to management, and ensure compliance with policies.
