Job summary

PM Consulting in Calamba, Laguna, seeks a results-driven Real Estate Sales & Leasing Leader to drive the sale of industrial lots and leasing of ready-built factory units. You will build a strong B2B pipeline, pursue industrial locators, and manage high-value transactions.

You’ll lead a small leasing/sales team, coach teams, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to close deals and meet targets. Deep knowledge of the local market is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, business development or related commercial role.
• Experience in industrial, commercial, land development, logistics, or large-scale property preferred.
• Proven track record of closing high-value property sales or long-term lease transactions.
• Experience managing or leading a sales/leasing team.
• Strong network among industrial locators, corporate clients, brokers, or business groups.
• Familiarity with the Calamba/Laguna industrial market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and leasing strategies based on inventory, demand, and revenue targets.
• Drive sales of industrial lots and leasing of ready-built factory units.
• Identify potential locators and build a strong pipeline of corporate prospects.
• Lead client presentations, site tours, negotiations, and deal closing.
• Manage long and complex sales cycles from inquiry to contract execution.
• Achieve agreed sales and leasing targets.
• Lead and coach a small leasing/sales team and monitor KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Prepare forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates.
