Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or operations, including leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, quality systems, and Industry 4.0 concepts.
• Experience in process improvement, cost reduction, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Proficient in CAD, ERP systems, MS Office, data analysis, and performance reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and manufacturing efficiency.
• Analyze production workflows, material flow, and workforce utilization to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Develop and standardize manufacturing processes to ensure consistency, repeatability, and scalability.
• Monitor production cycle times and drive actions to reduce lead times and improve throughput.
