Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in production or manufacturing operations is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis; knowledge of process improvement tools is an advantage.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced hatchery production environment.
• Flexible, proactive, and results-oriented, with good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve hatchery operational processes to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor production output, process flow, labor utilization, and operational performance.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track and analyze production data, KPIs, and performance reports.
• Optimize manpower allocation, workflow, and resource utilization.
• Coordinate with hatchery production, quality assurance, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Support cost reduction, process standardization, and productivity improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with established quality, biosecurity, safety, and operational standards.
