Qualifications

• College graduate in BS Agriculture, Engineering, or Business.

Job Summary

The Hatchery Operations Manager provides leadership to overall operations by converting all hatching eggs to day old chicks, monitors stock inventory levels for all materials in dry warehouse (specially critical tags) to ensure operations continuity, and maintains and improves alignment to quality standards.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years work experience with solid leadership experience in Hatchery Operations
• College graduate of BS Agriculture, Any Engineering or Business Course
• With good communication skills and outstanding leadership and supervisory skills.
• With Professional Driver's License (4 wheels)
• Willing to visit farms within CALABARZON Area and stay if necessary
• Extensive knowledge of egg handling, incubation processes, hatching procedures, grading, and chick processing.
• Strong familiarity with strict biosecurity protocols, sanitation standards, vaccination procedures, and disease prevention. Understanding of automated hatchery systems, climate control, and environmental monitoring equipment (temperature, humidity, and ventilation)
