Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in production or manufacturing operations is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis; knowledge of process improvement tools is an advantage.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced hatchery production environment.
• Flexible, proactive, and results-oriented, with good communication and teamwork skills.
