We are looking for an energetic and detail-orientedIndustrial EngineeringorFood Technologygraduate to join our production team. This is a great entry-level role for someone who wants to learn how a manufacturing plant operates from the ground up!
In this role, you will help make sure our production runs smoothly, our products stay high-quality, and our workspace remains safe and efficient.
What You Will Do
- Monitor the Line:Watch the daily production flow to make sure we are hitting our targets and finishing on time.
- Check Quality:Inspect raw materials and finished snacks to ensure they look, smell, and taste exactly how they should.
- Safety & Cleanliness:Help implement 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and follow food safety rules (GMP/HACCP) to keep the plant clean and safe.
- Keep Records:Fill out simple daily logs for inventory, output, and quality checks.
- Find Improvements:Suggest simple ways to reduce waste or make a task easier and faster for the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Nutrition, or any related science/engineering course.
- Experience: No experience required! We are happy to train fresh graduates who are eager to learn.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of Excel and a general understanding of how a factory works.
- Physical: Willing to work on the production floor and stay active throughout the shift.
- Attitude: Disciplined, hardworking, and has a "keen eye" for spotting small mistakes.
