What You Will Do

• Monitor the Line:Watch the daily production flow to make sure we are hitting our targets and finishing on time.
• Check Quality:Inspect raw materials and finished snacks to ensure they look, smell, and taste exactly how they should.
• Safety & Cleanliness:Help implement 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and follow food safety rules (GMP/HACCP) to keep the plant clean and safe.
• Keep Records:Fill out simple daily logs for inventory, output, and quality checks.
• Find Improvements:Suggest simple ways to reduce waste or make a task easier and faster for the team.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Nutrition, or any related science/engineering course.
