We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Manufacturing Industrial Engineer to optimize production processes, improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with production, quality, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain teams to identify process improvements and implement effective manufacturing solutions.
Analyze and improve manufacturing processes, workflows, production layouts, and operating methods.
Conduct time studies, motion studies, work measurement, and capacity analysis to establish efficient production standards.
Develop and maintain standard work instructions, process documentation, and manufacturing procedures.
Monitor production performance, including productivity, efficiency, utilization, cycle time, downtime, and output.
Identify bottlenecks, process losses, waste, and other opportunities for improvement.
Lead or participate in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement activities.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
Analyze production data and prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations for management.
Design and optimize production line layouts, workstation arrangements, and material flow.
Collaborate with production teams to improve ergonomics, safety, and workplace efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Industrial Engineering principles, Lean Manufacturing, work measurement, line balancing, and process improvement.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience with ERP, MES, production planning, or manufacturing systems is an advantage.
Knowledge of data analysis and statistical tools is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and production personnel.
