Job summary

Hytech is hiring an Indonesian bilingual Customer Service Representative to deliver high-quality support via live chat and email. You will handle client inquiries, verify documents, and use our CRM and support tools to ensure accurate processing.

Be prepared to work with internal teams and review client-submitted documents for accuracy and compliance. You will engage with clients in Indonesian and English, operate in a fast-paced environment, and meet quarterly KPI targets while developing

Qualifications

• Excellent command of Indonesian (spoken and written) and strong English communication.
• Experience in customer service, operations, or a similar role preferred.
• Industry experience in finance/fintech/trading/IT is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries via live chat and email in Indonesian and English.
• Provide accurate, timely resolutions while upholding high customer service standards.
• Process and document requests using the company CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues via Zendesk, Freshworks, or other designated platforms.
• Keep clients informed on status and resolution of requests.
• Review documents submitted by clients for accuracy and compliance.
