To perform functions related to the following, with respect to all MPII/Pioneer Insurance products:

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of a bachelor’s degree course
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• At least 2 years relevant work experience
• Experience in graphic design is highly preferred

Business Acquisition & Development

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to generate new business
• Present Meralco Pioneer products, solicit business, and identify new distribution opportunities
• Handle insurance proposals, evaluate risks, and develop client-specific programs
• Track and report sales activities and facilitate pipeline meetings

Relationship Management

• Implement engagement plans (sales visits, client meetings, entertainment) to strengthen client relationships
• Gather feedback and review client performance periodically
