Job summary

Bojanam, a 100% pure-vegetarian South Indian restaurant, seeks an experienced Indian cook to head the kitchen in Berhampur. You will lead the Indian cooking, ensuring high-quality curries, breads and biryani prepared to order and served with consistency.

You will guide a small kitchen team through busy service, manage prep and gravies, monitor portions and hygiene, and maintain top taste standards. Accommodation may be provided for joining from outside Berhampur.

Qualifications

• Experienced Indian cook able to run the section independently.
• Strong command of North Indian curries, tandoor breads and biryani.
• Comfortable cooking in a 100% pure-vegetarian kitchen (no meat, no egg).

As our Indian Cook (head chef) you lead the Indian kitchen: cooking North Indian curries, breads and biryani to order, guiding the kitchen team through service, keeping taste, portion size and presentation consistent, managing prep and gravies for the day, controlling wastage, and maintaining strict food-hygiene standards.
