Job summary

Bojanam, a 100% pure-vegetarian South Indian restaurant, seeks an experienced Indian cook to head the kitchen in Berhampur. You will lead the Indian cooking, ensuring high-quality curries, breads and biryani prepared to order and served with consistency.

You will guide a small kitchen team through busy service, manage prep and gravies, monitor portions and hygiene, and maintain top taste standards. Accommodation may be provided for joining from outside Berhampur.

Qualifications

• Experienced Indian cook able to run the section independently.
• Strong command of North Indian curries, tandoor breads and biryani.
• Comfortable cooking in a 100% pure-vegetarian kitchen (no meat, no egg).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Indian kitchen and guide the kitchen team through service.
• Maintain taste, portion size and presentation consistently.
• Manage prep and gravies for the day; control wastage and sustain strict food hygiene.
