Job summary

EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) Risk Management Services in the Philippines seeks an Associate Analyst/Analyst to support client acceptance and independence controls. You will evaluate risks for engagements, align with internal policies, and assist engagement teams in mitigating issues.

The role requires strong analytical, communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analyze information to support risk assessments
• Evaluate client and engagement risks in line with EY policies
• Assist in ensuring independence and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with engagement teams and project managers to drive tasks to completion
• Plan and organize work and communicate status to stakeholders
• Flag potential issues early to enable timely action

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Management
