Job summary

EY in the Philippines is seeking an EY- Assurance – Advanced Associate to support routine substantive and controls-based procedures from the GDS India offices, collaborating with global client teams across the Americas and Europe.

You will develop knowledge of international accounting and assurance principles, work virtually or directly with engagement teams, and contribute to continuous learning while upholding EY's ethical standards.

Qualifications

• B.Com graduate with 1–2 years of accounting/assurance experience.
• ACCA or CPA fresher is acceptable.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality assurance-related deliverables following EY Global methodology.
• Understand industry and sector issues and assist with risk awareness.
• Coordinate with global engagement teams regularly.
• Suggest process improvements by comparing review procedures.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold ethical standards.
• Learn EY technology tools to enhance service delivery.
