Job summary

EY's Risk Management Services in the Philippines seeks an Associate Analyst to evaluate client engagement risks and independence issues. You will work with EY GDS to support compliance and risk mitigation for audit clients, performing research and analysis in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The role requires 0-1 year of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management
• 0-1 year in Research Analyst or Finance roles; international interactions preferred
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Understanding of financial instruments such as shares, mutual funds, and insurance

Responsibilities

• Conduct research using systematic and intuitive techniques
• Analyze findings, draw inferences and respond to research requirements
• Understand firm and regulators' risk management policies and requirements
• Use analytical and project management methods and tools
• Complete assigned projects in line with SOPs
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of tasks
• Follow up with engagement teams to drive completion
• Plan and organize work and keep stakeholders informed
• Perform self-review before submission
• Flag issues to project managers in a timely manner
