Job summary

• Encode all transactions into the company system
• Prepare and maintain receiving and releasing records, delivery documents, and reports
• Ensure goods leave the warehouse only with proper authorization and documentation
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Production, and other departments on discrepancies
• Report shortages, overages, damaged goods, incorrect items, or documentation issues
• Maintain organized files of all documents
• Prepare daily and periodic reports as required by Management
• Assist in inventory reconciliation and physical counts

About the role

Responsible for the accurate recording, checking, encoding, and documentation of all incoming and outgoing goods from the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Check and record all incoming and outgoing products/materials
• Verify quantities, item descriptions, and supporting documents against actual goods received or released
• Encode all incoming and outgoing transactions accurately into the company system
• Prepare and maintain receiving and releasing records, delivery documents, and reports
• Ensure that no goods leave the warehouse without proper authorization and documentation
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Production, and other concerned departments regarding discrepancies
• Immediately report shortages, overages, damaged goods, incorrect items, or documentation discrepancies
• Maintain organized and complete files of all incoming/outgoing documents
• Prepare daily and periodic reports as required by Management
• Assist in inventory reconciliation and physical counts when required

About you

• College level, vocational graduate, or college graduate; fresh graduates may apply
• Computer literate and comfortable with data encoding and Excel
• Good with numbers and documentation
• Accurate, organized, systematic, honest, and detail-oriented
• Alert to discrepancies and willing to verify information rather than simply accepting or encoding documents
• Able to coordinate well with warehouse personnel, drivers, and other departments
