Job summary

Sta. Clara International Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to ensure proper identification of all incoming and outgoing materials. You will support inventory accuracy and document control in the warehouse.

The role involves tagging items, verifying item codes, checking documents, coordinating with encoders, and maintaining orderly warehouse conditions in Laguna.

Qualifications

• Degree or vocational course in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred for more competitive roles.

Responsibilities

• Implements proper tagging of newly delivered items based on the item codes indicated in the OTP.
• Indicates items codes of materials issued in their corresponding MIS.
• Checks completeness and correctness of the supporting documents of delivered items.
• Checks the validity of MRWS prior to issuance of requested materials.
• Coordinates with the Materials Management Encoder to ensure the immediate preparation of MIS and RIR.
• Monitors all borrowed items.
• Observes proper housekeeping inside the project warehouse area.
• Performs other related job/duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
