Job summary

Inspire E-commerce Solutions Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an Inbound Supervisor to oversee daily receiving operations in our warehouse, ensure shipments are processed accurately and efficiently, and lead a team of inbound staff.

You will coordinate with vendors and carriers, maintain stock records with the WMS/ERP, enforce safety protocols, and drive continuous improvement to boost accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of warehouse/receiving experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Experience with WMS and inventory software.
  • Strong knowledge of receiving procedures, inventory control, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced warehouse.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day inbound receiving operations, including unloading, checking, and putting away shipments.
  • Schedule and assign daily tasks to inbound team members to meet productivity targets.
  • Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and bills of lading.
  • Ensure proper documentation and system entry (WMS/ERP) for all received goods.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies with vendors/carriers as needed.
  • Monitor dock scheduling and coordinate with carriers to optimize truck turnaround times.
  • Enforce safety protocols and proper equipment usage (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
  • Train, coach, and evaluate performance of inbound staff.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant receiving area.
  • Collaborate with inventory control, accounting, and warehouse management to resolve receiving-related issues.
  • Prepare and review daily/weekly reports on receiving volume, accuracy, and productivity.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline inbound processes.
