MicroSourcing is seeking an Inbound Sales Associate to join our Cebu, Philippines team on-site with shifting hours. You will respond to inbound inquiries, guide customers through product selection, and convert interest into orders using ERP/CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years experience in customer service and sales.
• A productive attitude, with strong communication and professionalism skills.
• Highly organised, attention to detail and problem solving approaches.
• A team player who has drive, determination and a gather/nurture mindset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to transactional and inbound enquiries that fall outside of managed or growth targets.
• Respond and convert inbound enquiries with professionalism, solutions focused service and product knowledge.
• Guide new and returning customers through product selection, sizing, and order placement.
• Convert incoming leads into sales by identifying needs and recommending tailored uniform solutions, upselling where appropriate.
• Process orders and quotes accurately and efficiently using our ERP and CRM systems
• Troubleshoot issues related to sales delivery, exchanges, or product queries with a customer-first mindset.
• Collaborate with internal teams across design, workflow, decoration, warehouse, and account management to ensure smooth fulfilment and follow-up.
