Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sales development, outbound sales, lead generation, or prospecting.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience as an SDR or in a comparable outbound prospecting role.
• Proficiency with multiple sales tools and CRM platforms, including LinkedIn Navigator, Clay, Lemlist/Outreach, and HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Conduct multi-channel outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage prospects and achieve attendance targets.
• Manage prospect communications, follow-ups, and engagement activities throughout the outreach cycle.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to monitor prospect progress and facilitate timely handoffs.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to align outreach messaging and follow-up strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize messaging, targeting, cadence, and sequences to improve response and conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and activity data across CRM and sales platforms.
