Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience supporting Australian operations in sales, customer service or support.
• Proven experience in inbound sales, appointment setting, service booking, or customer support.
• Experience with CRM systems and AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
• Experience in key account management, business development, scheduling, or logistics coordination is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and online enquiries and convert into service bookings.
• Recommend additional products and services to meet customer needs and support sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience.
• Schedule jobs and coordinate with Operations Capacity (Logistics) Team and Territory Operations Managers.
• Act as main contact between Philippine Business Centre and Australian Operations Team.
• Keep customer data, bookings, and service records up to date using CRM and other systems.
• Use CRM, AI tools, and technology to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Collaborate with other teams to meet customer service, sales and operations goals.
