You will respond to inquiries, troubleshoot, and document interactions while maintaining a professional, customer-friendly approach. The role requires at least 6 months in customer-facing roles or 6 months in a BPO environment, strong communication, and a willingness to work onsite on a shifting schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer-facing work experience (cashier, service crew, retail, sales, etc.)
• Or at least 6 months of BPO experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries primarily through chat and digital channels
• Handle customer concerns and provide accurate information and solutions
• Provide voice support for approximately 20% of customer interactions
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and account-related concerns
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach across all interactions
• Accurately document customer conversations, concerns, and resolutions
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
