Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. in Angeles City is seeking an inbound BPO sales representative to help members book cruises, tours and vacation packages. You will handle inbound calls, explain benefits, and advise on the vacations that suit them best.

This is a performance- and commission-driven role with monthly targets; rewards include uncapped commissions, 13th month pay, holidays, and an HMO plan.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months pure inbound BPO sales experience.
• Call center and phone sales experience highly preferred.
• Cruise & travel experience preferred.
• Verifiable track record of success in a sales role.
• Comfortable taking inbound member calls.
• Ability to explain products and services clearly to members.
• Performance, commission and bonus driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Become a tourism and travel expert to assist members in finding vacations that are best for them.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques.
• Field inbound calls.
• Meet monthly individual sales goals.
