Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics/inbound operations.
• Knowledge of cold storage protocols is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the DC Manager in inbound operations for the cold storage facility.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and operation staffs to ensure smooth inbound processes.
• Verify product shipments on arrival for quality, quantity, and temperature.
• Ensure goods stored in designated cold storage areas and inventory organized.
• Manage documentation for inbound shipments, including receiving reports and inventory records.
• Assist DC Manager in product flows between storage and shipping areas.
• Monitor inbound processes performance and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Oversee unloading, scanning and storage while maintaining temperature control.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards for storage of goods in cold storage.
