Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required/preferred.
• Two (2) years' experience in the industry is preferred.
• Willing to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily inbound operations to ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and operations personnel to ensure smooth inbound activities.
• Verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and documentation completeness.
• Monitor receiving activities and maintain accurate receiving, inventory, and shipment records.
• Assist in moving products between receiving and storage areas.
• Monitor inbound performance and propose process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and inventory controls.
• Prepare and maintain inbound reports and related documentation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
