Job summary

AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. in Biñan, Laguna seeks an Operations Officer (Cold Storage) to assist the Operations Manager in daily cold storage facility operations and ensure service delivery within SLA.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business Administration or Logistics Operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, food production or operations.
• Preferably from a Cold Storage Logistics background.
• Experience in Distribution Center is a plus.
• Good communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays (if needed) or on-call.

Responsibilities

• Supervise manpower contingents such as forklift operator, QA, checker and documentation assistant; monitor inventory for inbound/outbound activities and renew service contracts.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with NMIS, BFAR, BPI, FDA, and others for the cold storage facility and renewals.
• Handle end-to-end leasing process with Operations Manager.
• Market the facilities to fill available room or pallet positions and maximize capacity of two facilities.
• Liaise with other departments to address customer issues.
• Prepare weekly operations updates and report statistics and concerns to Management.
• Assist in budget preparation and forward planning with Operations Manager.
