• Strong consultative communication and needs analysis ability.
• Knowledge of Italian regions or ability to learn quickly.
• Experience with Zendesk CRM and Calendly scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound luxury travel inquiries via phone and email as the first touchpoint.
• Initiate outbound calls to new leads within 15 minutes of inquiry arrival during shift hours.
• Conduct in-depth consultative needs analysis covering destinations, dates, party size, budget, and timeline.
• Ask follow-up questions to uncover additional travel opportunities.
• Surface relevant European options and coordinate with the Travel Designer for follow-up.
• Establish budget parameters scoped to European services, excluding airfare.
• Set handoff expectations and schedule follow-up calls during European business hours.
• Book follow-up via Calendly while on the call and confirm slots verbally and in writing.
• Document notes in Zendesk CRM within the originating ticket.
• Send qualifying emails with Calendly invites and follow-up emails for all contacts.
• Deliver comprehensive handoff briefs with notes to the Travel Designer within the day.
• Flag high-value leads for priority attention and avoid batching.
