Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in sales support, e-commerce, or customer service.

• Quick to learn product details and handle basic regulatory/BIR documentation with guidance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; comfortable with e-commerce dashboards.
• Pleasing personality with a customer-first attitude and reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Customer Inquiry Management: Professionally handle incoming client inquiries and sales.
• E-Commerce Sales & Order Processing: Manage product listings, update store inventories, and process day-to-day sales on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Order & Trade Documentation: Assist with basic sales documentation.
• Record Keeping: Track daily sales inquiries, customer logs, and orders using Microsoft Word and Excel.
