Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking an on-site Sales & Customer Support specialist to handle inquiries across chat, email, phone and social media. You will conduct outbound calls to promote products, build relationships, and drive sales while managing orders and listings on multiple marketplaces.

The role requires 1+ year in e-commerce or customer service, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing or related field.
• 1+ year experience in e-commerce, online selling, tele-sales or customer service is a plus.
• Experience with Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Shopify or similar platforms preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls and following up with customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on-site and with shifting schedule, if required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through chat, email, phone and social media.
• Conduct outbound calls to introduce, promote, and offer company products, generate sales, and build relationships.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations and pending orders to maximize sales opportunities.
• Process and monitor customer orders from placement to delivery.
• Manage product listings, pricing and inventory updates across e-commerce platforms.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely order fulfillment.
• Handle customer concerns, returns, exchanges and complaints professionally.
• Recommend products, upsell and cross-sell based on customer needs.
• Monitor daily sales performance and prepare basic sales reports.
• Ensure accurate product information and maintain a positive customer shopping experience.
• Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and business objectives.
