We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused In Store Sales Specialist to join our retail team in Batangas City, Calabarzon. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional service to customers and driving sales performance within our store environment. This position is essential to creating a welcoming shopping experience and achieving our business targets through direct and online customer engagement and product knowledge excellence.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting customers in a warm and professional manner upon arrival at the store
• Providing detailed product information and making recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
• Achieving individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques
• Maintaining store displays, product arrangements and visual merchandising standards
• Restocking shelves and ensuring products are readily available and well-presented
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Assisting with inventory management and stock counts as required
• Promoting store promotions, loyalty programmes and special offers to customers both in store and online
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive working environment

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service within a retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong numeracy skills and proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems or willingness to learn
• Product knowledge or demonstrated ability to quickly learn and retain product information
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by retail operations
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift products as necessary
• Professional appearance and personal presentation appropriate to our retail environment
• Enthusiasm for sales, customer satisfaction and achieving performance targets
• Reliability, punctuality and commitment to consistent attendance
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer situations with composure
