LIME Hotels and Resorts in Pasay is seeking an IRD Captain / Supervisor to lead the In-Room Dining team. You will supervise daily IRD operations, ensure timely order handling and delivery, and maintain high guest-service standards across hotel departments.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, coordinating with kitchen and front office, and ensuring food safety and sanitation. The role requires leadership, communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in In-Room Dining or hotel F&B operations.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the In-Room Dining team.
• Monitor and ensure timely preparation and delivery of room-service orders.
• Assign duties and supervise IRD attendants and service staff.
• Ensure proper presentation, quality, and temperature of food and beverages before delivery.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and respond to guest requests.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping and other departments.
• Check equipment, trays, trolleys, and service areas for cleanliness and function.
• Monitor tray and trolley clearance from guest rooms and corridors.
• Handle guest complaints and service recovery per hotel policies.
• Monitor inventory and storage of IRD operating supplies.
• Conduct staff briefings and provide coaching to team members.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, food safety, sanitation, and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports; assist F&B management with training and performance monitoring.
